Taylor's is now into it's fourth century, one of the very oldest of the Port companies. It is the last totally independent company of the original British Port houses - and is still family owned and managed. Wither Hills Organic Ben Morven Chardonnay presents an outstanding bouquet of limes, lemons, grapefruit and orange peel framed by sensuous coconut, toasted sweet almonds and chestnut with a mineral, flinty backbone of fine grained smoky cedar notes. With a rich soft silky, creamy palate with a gorgeous texture and a lively fresh long finish.

Ruby red in colour, this wine has a bouquet of savoury red berry fruit, black cherry and vanilla that combine with aromas of black forest berries, cloves and dark violets, finishing with soft stony notes. Dry on the palate with a core of fruit, savoury tannins give it a great texture. The oak influence is obvious with baking spices, brown sugar and smokiness. Expect this wine to improve further with careful cellaring over the next 7-10 years.

Penfolds Max's Shiraz is a tribute to former Chief Winemaker Max Schubert 1948-1975, a legend in Penfolds history. Maturity adds extra dimensions to this top-notch Marlborough sparkling wine, without compromising its freshness. Toasty complexity is folded through apple, citrus and creme patissiere characters in delicious balance, and the palate is ultra-smooth, long and fine with a savoury, dry signature.

Made by Cantine Pellegrino in Sicily, the Cremovo designation indicates that egg yolks were added during the production process to produce a richer and sweeter style of Marsala. This delicious Marsala can be consumed as an aperitif or as a dessert wine, or used in your favourite recipe.

Tawny Ports are a blend of young wines from various harvests, are kept for an average of two to three years in casks. They are lighter in colour than Ruby Ports and combine the fruitiness of young wines and the nuttiness derived from the maturation in seasoned oak casks.
