Tamdhu Batch Strength 008 continues the distillery's long-standing dedication to exclusive Oloroso sherry cask maturation, showcasing a richer and more powerful expression of its Speyside character. Bottled close to cask strength at 55.8% ABV and presented in its natural colour, this limited-edition release delivers layers of warm oak, honeycomb and vanilla cream, followed by vibrant summer berries, candied lemon peel and gentle oak spice. A lingering finish of ripe figs and lemon zest completes a bold, full-bodied whisky that celebrates over a century of sherry cask expertise.

Part of Tamnavulin's Cask Editions range, this whisky brings the depth and complexity of German Pinot Noir red wine to their signature Speyside single malt whisky. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks and is then finished in German Pinot Noir red wine casks. Expect the addition of cherries and ginger spice to their classic sweet, smooth and fruity house style. In the glass, a golden rosewood colour. Aromas of Turkish delight, caramelised peaches and Seville orange greet the nose. On the palate notes of vanilla, ginger, figs and cherries.

Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.
