First impression of fiery peat kicks things off, naturally. But then comes a sweetness - burnt marshmallows, charred pineapple, banana and bacon. The full-on flavour of briny, oily, intense smoke hits hard but doused quickly with a spoonful of honey and lemon. And when the dust settles the smoky dying embers of toasted oak remains. Along with just a hint of fruity aftermath.

This is a round and sweet blend with a refreshing citrus character and a spicy finish.

A classic Island whisky from the oldest distillery in Skye that delivers a rich dried-fruit sweetness, with strong barley-malt flavours and a peaty, peppery finish.

Matured in American oak barrels for a sweet, mellow taste with a rich, smooth Sherry cask finish. Rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes. Fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar on the palate.

A bouquet on the nose marked by freshly baked tarte tatin and vanilla pod, soon giving way to another level of charm as nuances of banana, caramelised orange and fresh ginger completes this tapestry of temptation. A warm and inviting palate detects an avalanche of exotic flavours, glazed nectarines and frangipane, shortly enlightened by hints of sticky toffee pudding, Demerara sugar and Seville oranges.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

Finished in Carcavelos white port casks, this whisky releases aromas of juicy melon and pear. On the palate flavours of soft oak, warm hay, crisp grapes and apples, finishing with chocolate and spice.
